DVB-T2 is digital terrestrial television; TVRO stands for satellite reception via a dish. Both are ways of bringing the signal in at one central point: the headend.
From that headend the signal is converted to coax or IP and distributed across the building or site. Which source fits best depends on the location, desired channels and available cabling.
On ships and offshore, satellite reception is often the only option, with extra requirements for stabilisation and data budget.

We design the headend per location: terrestrial, satellite or cable as the source, then IPTV or coax towards the units.
