- What is in the box?
- A pre-configured Peplink B One 5G router, a 5G MIMO antenna with mounting kit, the necessary cabling, a SIM card with a data bundle and a short manual. Connecting to power and the available line is all that's needed.
- Which packages are available?
- Four: Core for a fast basic connection, Connect with a fixed line and automatic 5G backup, Continuity with multiple layers of backup (fibre, 5G and Starlink) and 24/7 monitoring, and Enterprise as a bespoke, multi-site solution with SD-WAN.
- Which package suits my location?
- Core suits 1 to 20 users, Connect 20 to 75, Continuity 75 or more or business-critical sites, and Enterprise organisations with multiple locations. If you are unsure, we work it out together during the site survey.
- Does it work at a location without a connection?
- Yes. For locations without a fixed line we supply mobile or satellite connections, with failover so the connection keeps working if one path fails.
- How does your monitoring work?
- We monitor multi-vendor from our own portal: Peplink, Nebula Cloud and equipment from other brands in a single overview. You see live status per location, data usage and uptime, receive automatic alerts for faults, low battery or failover, and manage firmware, settings and permissions centrally.
- How quickly does the backup switch over?
- Automatically and within seconds. Sessions such as tills, camera feeds and telephony carry on running in practice.
- Can I get a fixed IP address?
- Yes. A fixed external IP address can be added per location, for example for VPN, camera management or remote access.
- Can I scale up later?
- Yes. Packages are modular; extra access points, more bandwidth, additional data bundles or a second connection are added without repeating the installation.
- How is the network secured?
- Guest traffic and business traffic are separated into distinct networks, with managed firewall settings, VPN to head office where required and automatic updates on the equipment.
- How do I roll out a new location?
- With Zero Touch Deployment: the equipment fetches the correct configuration itself as soon as it comes online. No configuration on site is needed.
- What if there is a fault anyway?
- Our monitoring usually spots it before you do. We resolve it remotely via the platform; if that isn't possible, an engineer is sent. With an extended SLA you get shorter response times and priority handling.
