For partners

You handle the installation. We supply the signal.

Installers and IT companies with their own customers take TV signal, headend, hardware and management from RIAN. You keep the customer relationship and the invoice, we make sure the picture is there.

What you take from us

Everything needed to get a picture on screen at a location, except the installation itself. That stays with you.

Signal and retransmission

DVB-C and IPTV signal with correctly arranged retransmission rights for business locations. You don't need to arrange licences yourself.

Channel packages at several levels

From a compact basic line-up to extensive and international packages, matched to the type of location your customer runs.

Headend and hardware

Pre-configured headends, receivers and networking equipment, ready to connect on site.

Hospitality middleware

Welcome screens, room information and central management per building, unit or room — in your customer's house style.

Monitoring and second-line support

Multivendor monitoring on the signal and equipment we supply, with support behind you when there's a fault.

Rollout across multiple locations

Planning, configuration and documentation so your engineers only need to connect on site.

What you keep for yourself

We supply you, not your customer. The relationship, the agreements and the margin stay with you. That makes it possible to add connectivity and TV to your offering without building your own headend, licences and management platform.

  • You keep your own customer and your own contract.
  • You invoice yourself and set your own rate.
  • White label is possible: RIAN stays in the background.
  • No competition: we do not approach your customers.

How it works

  1. 01

Tell us briefly what kind of business you are, which customers you serve and roughly how many locations are involved.

  2. 02

    Site check and capacity

We look per location at what's needed in terms of signal, capacity and equipment, and discuss the package with you.

  3. 03

    Connect and test

You install, we deliver pre-configured, and we test together until the picture is right.

  4. 04

    Live with monitoring

The location joins our monitoring portal and you have second-line support on hand.

Partner portal

Your locations in the same portal as ours

As a partner you get access to our multivendor monitoring portal. You see the same information as our own engineers, so you can inform your customer without calling first.

  • Status per location in a single overview
  • Fault reports and history
  • Requesting channel changes
  • Insight into usage and capacity

Support and escalation

Response to faults

Reports arrive at our own monitoring desk and are picked up according to the agreements we set per partner.

Second line behind you

Your engineer speaks to an engineer who can see the location in the portal, not a general helpdesk.

Escalation path

If a fault sits with a provider or manufacturer, we take over that contact and keep you informed.

Not public

Channel packages and rates on request

We do not publish channel line-ups or rates on this site. The composition and the price depend on the type of locations, the volume and the agreements we make with you. After an introduction you'll get a proposal tailored to your situation.

Frequently asked questions from partners

Can I resell the signal to my own customers?
Yes. That is exactly what this route is for. You supply your customer under your own name and terms; RIAN supplies you.
What about retransmission rights?
RIAN arranges the business retransmission for locations that run through us. We agree per partnership which locations and numbers are registered.
Why aren't channel packages and rates published on the site?
Composition, volume and agreements differ per partner. We discuss that one on one, so every partner gets a proposal that fits their situation.
Can I migrate existing customers?
Yes. We assess the existing installation and plan the switch so the customer notices as little as possible.
Who is liable towards the end customer?
You remain your customer's point of contact. What RIAN delivers and guarantees towards you is set out in the partner agreement.
Is there a minimum number of locations?
We're happy to start with a single pilot location. What fits afterwards in terms of volume we discuss during the introduction.
Can I supply under my own name?
Yes, white label is possible. Equipment, screens and documentation can be delivered in your customer's house style, or your own.
What if my customer also needs internet?
That can go through the same route. We supply managed internet with failover and monitoring to partners in the same way.
