Costs consist of a one-off amount for equipment and installation, plus a fixed monthly fee for connectivity, management and support. The amount depends on the size of the location and what is already in place; you receive a fixed quotation up front.

- What is already in place: coax, UTP, fibre or mobile coverage only
- Space and power in the meter cupboard or technical room
- Access to the building and any working hours or safety rules
- Existing contracts and notice periods with your current supplier

Does it work where there is no fixed line?
Yes. We combine mobile and, where needed, a radio link or satellite, with automatic failover.
Can we take the connection to the next project?
Yes. The equipment is portable; at a new site only the installation has to be redone.
What happens during an incident?
Our monitoring usually spots a disruption before you do. We resolve it remotely and come on site when needed. You have one point of contact, even when several parties are involved.
How long does installation take?
That depends on the size of the location and what is already in place. After the site visit you receive a schedule with the work and the moments we are on site.
Can we expand later?
Yes. The setup is modular: extra rooms, units, screens or locations can be added without redoing the existing installation.
What lead time should I allow for?
A standard internet package arrives pre-configured in one box. For a full installation the proposal states an installation date, based on the size of the location, the delivery time of the equipment and the availability of the line.
What happens if something fails outside office hours?
Monitoring runs 24/7 and keeps raising alerts in the evening and at weekends too. Which alerts are picked up straight away and which wait until the next working day is agreed per location in the service agreement, so you know in advance what to expect.
What is the contract term and notice period?
We work with clear terms per location; the term and notice period are stated in the proposal before you sign. If a location moves or closes, the package can in most cases move with you instead of being written off.
