A fleet that stays online, also under way
Pre-configured routers with multiple SIM cards, remote management and shore-side monitoring. New vessels connect plug and play.

The challenge
- Crew and systems lost connectivity as soon as a vessel entered a coverage gap.
- Every engineer visit on board cost time and depended on the sailing schedule.
- Data bundles crept up unnoticed with no insight into usage per vessel.
- Resolving faults remotely was not possible.
Our approach
- 01
Standard package per vessel
One standard configuration with a multi-SIM router, MIMO antenna and power supply, delivered ready to use in a box on board.
- 02
Multiple networks
Each router switches automatically between providers, so the vessel uses the strongest network instead of depending on one operator.
- 03
Managed from shore
Configuration, firmware and reboots are fully remote. An engineer on board is only needed for physical damage.
- 04
Usage in view
Data usage is visible per vessel, with alerts on unusual consumption so bundles never run up unexpectedly.
The result
- Vessels stay online across virtually the entire sailing area.
- New vessels are connected within a day without an engineer visit.
- Insight into usage and faults per vessel.
- Support from shore, wherever the vessel sails.
