The challenge

• All 24 rooms needed modern LG Hospitality TVs, while the existing network and TV brackets had to be retained.
• The new TV signal had to be delivered over multicast, while the network was managed by an external IT partner (Cube-IT).
• Combining new hospitality technology with existing infrastructure, without disturbing guests or reworking the hotel network.

Our approach

1. 01

   Assessing and adapting brackets

   We first assessed every existing bracket and adapted them where needed, so the new screens could be installed directly without structural work.

2. 02

   Dedicated multicast VLAN

   Together with Cube-IT we set up a dedicated VLAN, fully optimised for stable, separated and secure multicast traffic.

3. 03

   Provisioning and channel distribution

   RIAN handled TV configuration, provisioning and channel distribution, and set up the hospitality features of the LG displays including custom hotel profiles.

The result

• 24 fully renewed rooms with modern LG Hospitality TVs, without replacing the existing brackets.
• Stable multicast signal thanks to a well-designed VLAN structure.
• Higher picture quality and immediately usable hospitality features such as custom hotel profiles.
• Minimal disruption for guests: installations room by room within a short lead time.
• A future-proof TV platform, ready for expansion and central management.
